Shipping charges (original & return) are non-refundable for all products.
Due to the large size package, we can not ship bumpers via UPS, Fed EX or USPS. We have contracted the best service and lowest cost freight carriers out there to deliver our body kits. Below is the breakdown cost:
Package under 80lbs (1 bumper or complete kit) - approximately $175 to lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and International areas will require us to obtain individual quote from freight carrier.
Fenders/Rear Wing package fit UPS/Fed EX maximum allowed size - approximately $110 to lower 48 states. Others may require individual quote from UPS/Fed EX.
Hoods/Bonnets - see Package under 80lbs.
Scoops/Headlight covers(none oversize package according to UPS/Fed EX) - approximately $45 USD to lower 48 states. Others may require individual quote from UPS/Fed EX.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. Returns
Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 7 calender days of signing and receipt of item for any reason as long as it is returned in original condition and packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by AITracing.com. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to AITracing.com in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to AITracing.com if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Majority of our shipping is delivered by a freight truck. Due to the size of the trucks, the shipping company prefers not to travel on smaller residential roads. The shipping company thus charges an additional charge whenever the destination is to a residence.
Why can't I get my shipping charges back?
Shipping service was rendered and therefore already paid to the carrier. No refund on services already rendered or in layman's terms used.
Do you provide COD?
No, all purchases are made on a pre-pay bases. Orders must be paid in full before they get processed.
I ordered two days ago, but I still have not received my tracking number, why?
Items are shipped once your order has gone through our processing system. Processing time includes paperwork as well as package in our warehouse. Tracking numbers are available once your package has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking numbers will show scans after the driver has scanned packages. This may take up to 24 hours from pick up time. Please be patient with the carrier..
What do I do with the tracking number?
You contact the carrier or go to their web site, enter the tracking number to get the status of your package. It should provide an estimate time of delivery, which terminal the package will arrive, etc. If you are having difficulties through their web site, we suggest you contact them via phone to get the most updated information regarding your package. All packages have a signature required service on them for fraud prevention purposes. Please make any necessary accommodations for someone to available to sign for the package.
The driver is at my door step, what should I do?
Check the package and its contents for any major damages. If the products are all there sign the bill of lading. If any damages or problems are found make note of it before signing. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.
Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, all packages are insured when shipped. However, insurance can be voided if you sign for your package without noting damages with the driver on the bill of lading.
How long is shipping?
Actual shipping time from our ware house to any destination in the US is approximately 3-5 business days. However, there is processing time per order. Depending on how busy our warehouse is, your order will be process within 1-3 days.
Do you do any kind of express shipping?
Since all our shipping is done by freight, we do not provide express shipping, simply because it is too expensive.
How come I cannot get a shipping quote for Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere out of the U.S.?
Simply because shipping to outside of the US varies according to the destination. If you are interested in getting a price quote, please contact our sales department for an over the phone quote. Be sure to have the full address ready. For some international countries we can only ship to your nearest port, so please have ready your nearest port.
I received part of my order where is the rest?
Due to the possibilities of back order, some orders will be fulfilled as the products come into our warehouse. In such cases we will send what we have first and send the rest later.
I got my order and I signed for the product, but now I noticed there damages to it, can I return it?
If at the time you received the products no signs of damages were noted down on the delivery bill, the products cannot be returned. Once the package is received and signed as clear by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided. You can however, make a claim with the shipping company directly. This does not mean that you will not get your claim, only that AITracing will no longer be responsible for your claim.
